Yep, you read that correctly. This is a family of six! (I must remember not to complain about my two monkeys who make me silly….) Have you been to Burroughs Park in Tomball? It’s so super cute. For all of my Creekside peeps, it’s only a few minutes from you off of Hufsmith Rd. Anyway, this adorable family of four lovely ladies and two handsome men and I spent Saturday morning playing on the swings, running on the pier, hanging from the beams, and chasing the ducks and each other.
I love this one of the whole family on the swings. When little dude is big enough to swing on his own, that would make such a cute picture to have mom and dad on the empty swings on the left. See, now I’m thinking having only two is holding me back. But, it’s probably not a great idea to have more kids just for a photo op, I’m guessing.
This little man did great. He was happy and playing and exploring the entire time. When people ask about what time of day to schedule their appointments, I always suggest the “golden hour,” (the hour-ish before sunset) unless there’s a toddler involved. In that case, the baby will determine our start time. I want those babies happy! Isn’t it amazing how the smaller a kid is, the more power he has to change every other person’s schedule? I’m surrounded by little stroller dictators.
What a sweet one of the guys together.
Whew. Can you imagine three big sisters to keep up with? The best part is that they adore him, of course. He had fun chasing them, but he really cracked up when they came after him.
Thanks for a fun time at the park. I hope you love these, sweet family. There are so many cute ones of them, it was hard to decide what to preview. I can’t wait to show them to you; they’ll be ready soon!
Love, Andrea
I completely agree with your theory of babies dictating our lives! I’m living that reality as we speak. :-) but wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Don’t have more kids for the swingset pic. If you’re tempted I can remind you what its like to live with a newborn. Hint: serious lack of sleep.
Haha! I hope you’re settling in with two. It helps that they are so cute. :)
