This oh-so-precious one was a sweet little surprise. Do you remember her family’s maternity session from a few weeks ago? As I was walking away from the session, I told her lovely momma “I’ll see you in a month or so.” Then, surprise, surprise, what shows up on my Facebook newsfeed just a few days later? The announcement that this gorgeous girl had arrived. She’s as every bit as sweet as she is cute, too.

This is the best part of doing a lifestyle newborn session in your home. We can do a combo of traditional (have they already become “traditional”?) sleepy poses and then family pictures together. I just love how she was looking right at her daddy for this one. Once you don’t have newborns anymore, it’s so hard to remember that they were ever this tiny. Oh, these fingers and toes. Sigh. :)
Congratulations, sweet family. You’re a family of four now–can you believe it? Your kiddos are precious. I’ll have the rest ready for you soon.
