The Heights, Houston, senior session {Houston senior photographer}

Whew. Are you loving this warm Texas weather? I’m so glad we had such a mild winter and, so far, great weather this spring. Fingers crossed that this means the bluebonnets will be spectacular this year.

If you’ve been following me for a while (so, I’m talking to you, Mom and/or David Bacle), you’ll surely recognize this beautiful senior from our last session or our first session. It’s so cool to see how she’s gotten older and so lovely, yet she still looks the same as when I met her 5 years ago when she was 13. We spent a beautiful Saturday afternoon in The Heights walking and talking–which was really me peppering her with questions: So, what are you doing after graduation? Where are you going? What are you going to study? Are you so excited? Sorry. I live for off-to-college talk.

That’s one thing I really love about Houston. You can find all these little pockets of greenery and flowers in the middle of traffic and crazy city life. She picked this pretty spot for us.senior portraits the heights houston

We had a special visitor at the end of her session: her boyfriend. Now, you know I’m a little partial to my high school boyfriend, so–of course–I was excited to shoot them together. So sweet. senior portraits the heights houston and high school boyfriend

My dear, it was so great to see you, as always. I’m so very excited for you and the next step in your life. I think you know I’m genuine…I showed you to lovely chicken skin to prove it. :)

I’ll have the rest of these ready for you soon.

Love, Andrea

I’ll have a few more senior sessions in March and, if the bluebonnets are nice this year, one or two spots in April. For bluebonnets, check back here often or on my Facebook page to see what the status is of those tricky flowers. I’ll update good locations as I find them. andrea.bacle@gmail.com or 508.768.5808
