I’m sure you remember this sweet girl’s family pictures from last week. This past weekend was her first birthday party at the Children’s Museum in Houston. I only shoot a small number of parties a year, so this was lots of fun for me. And what a fun place for a party!
I was extra excited when I saw her party room–she had the only one with a window. Yay for some natural light inside! These decorations and signs are so sweet. I would put them put them up in her room, if I were her momma. I’ll share a little secret with you. If we’d had another girl, we would have named her Roxie, so I am totally smitten over this girl’s name.
At first, she was a little unsure about the cake, but after about 30 seconds, she was all over it. I’d say she did a pretty good job!Thank you for a great afternoon (and for the sweet goodie bags for my kiddos), and it was lovely to see you again. I will have your full gallery ready soon, so you can see all of R’s precious friends and pics of her hugging the cake. Now go give your toddler a hug and kiss for me–she’s not a baby anymore. :)
Love, Andrea
