So, are you ready for my story for this one? You know I’ve got one. :)

Part of the reason why I love being a photographer so much is because I love babies, and I love being a mommy. My almost two-year-old is on the cusp of transitioning from baby to boy. It’s already hard for me to remember him when he was just turning one, like this little beauty.

She’s just learning to walk and say her first words. She loves to sit up by herself and show her independence. So, I love this shot because I know that her lovely momma is just inches away in case she needs help, but she’s a big enough girl that she wants to explore on her own. Plus, I love her star tights, and I think the lines of the building and bench are pretty cool.
