I’m sorry for being a little behind on this preview. I had intended on posting it last night, but I was wiped out. I was so sore and achy, it felt like I had been in a car accident. I was worried it was the flu, but after 11 hours of sleep (thanks to the most amazing husband on the planet!), I’m back in action chasing after my babies and working while they nap. Anyway, on to maybe my most favorite preview ever. If you know me, you know how much I am in love with the beach. So, throw in some beautiful people in super saturated colorful clothing, a big belly, and a sweet baby girl…how could it not be my favorite?!
I typically don’t like when the horizon isn’t level in photos, but I kind of love it in this one. My number one goal in my sessions is for my families to have fun. I think the tilt in this one shows how much fun we were all having. I don’t want it to be stressful for you at all. How many things are stressful in our lives these days? When you are on your way to a session, you can tell your kiddos that we’re just going to play for a while. Just say, “Andrea will take some pictures of us as we play.” That sounds much more fun to the kids, I’m sure.
Ok, seriously. Can I have Uncle Rico’s time machine so I can go back in time to my second pregnancy, so I can have this shot? I am so jealous. Love, love, love! I love how sweet this baby girl is. As soon as mom and dad let her go on the beach, she was having such a great time running around and exploring. She splashed in the water, chased a crab, and even game me some senior portrait poses. I’m so glad we could document her just being a girl. And who doesn’t want to play on the beach in a fabulous dress and bloomers?
Simply adorable! Thanks for another fun shoot, sweet family! I can’t wait to show you the rest, and I really can’t wait to hear the great news about baby #2.
Love, Andrea
